At Brien Berberich Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, all sales are final. If your original painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
GICLEE PRINTS
We accept returns on giclee prints within 15 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
To return a print:
1. Contact us within 15 days with your order number
2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back in original packaging at buyers' expense
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
Custom commissioned artwork is final sale and non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund.
