Original Paintings
All original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Giclee Prints
Prints may be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Custom Commissions
Custom commissioned works are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at brien.berberich@gmail.com. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
